My Background
With over a decade of experience supporting individuals in sexual health, chemsex recovery, and addiction, I have worked extensively across the NHS, charities, and LGBTQ+ community services.
I trained in psychosexual and relationship therapy through The London Diploma in Psychosexual & Relationship Therapy — a rigorous, integrative programme combining contemporary sexology with relational and trauma-informed approaches. As part of my clinical training, I undertook placements at the Clifden Centre (Homerton Hospital) and CityDynamic, a specialist psychotherapy clinic in Central London.
To further deepen my relational work, I will be joining the Advanced Diploma in Relationship Psychotherapy at the NAOS Institute in January 2026.
I am a student member of COSRT (College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists) and adhere to their Code of Ethics and Practice, ensuring my work is held to the highest professional and ethical standards.

I am trained in Motivational Interviewing, risk reduction, and behavioural change models, and hold additional certifications in: counselling skills, safeguarding, and health improvement.

I bring a multilingual and multicultural lens to my practice (English, Italian, French), and actively engage in ongoing professional development to ensure I offer the most current, evidence-based support.
