I work with individuals, couples, relationships who wish to explore the emotional and sexual aspects of their relationships, either in person or online.

Sessions last around 50 minutes and are usually held weekly, though I offer flexibility when possible.

Therapy can be short-term, focusing on a specific concern, or longer-term, allowing time for deeper understanding and change. In our first meeting, we’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, clarify your goals, and begin to make sense of the factors that may be influencing your situation. For couples, I often recommend an initial series of six sessions, which provides a good foundation for consistent progress.

My training in both psychosexual and relationship therapy allows me to consider emotional, physical, and relational aspects together — since these areas are often deeply connected.

My approach is collaborative, non-judgmental, and culturally sensitive.

I work with individuals and couples of all orientations, backgrounds, and relationship styles — helping them overcome sexual difficulties, rebuild emotional connection, and explore their authentic sexual selves.

I have particular expertise in supporting clients with:

  • Sexual anxiety, erectile difficulties, and orgasmic challenges

  • Vaginismus, vulvodynia, and dyspareunia (pain during sex)

  • Low libido or mismatched desire

  • Relationship conflict, trust repair, and communication skills

  • Chemsex, compulsive sexual behaviour, and harm reduction

  • Sexual shame, cultural stigma, and identity exploration

  • Building clearer, more compassionate communication

  • Managing conflict and tension constructively

  • Navigating non-monogamous and polyamorous relationships

  • Deepening commitment and emotional connection

  • Rebuilding trust after infidelity or rupture

  • Enhancing intimacy — emotional and physical

  • Ending relationships with care and respect

  • Supporting step- and blended families

  • Working with Jewish couples and the cultural or relational themes that may arise
